• All the communication and correspondence with subscribers is conducted independently and exclusively to prevent data leak.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Any service, once successfully subscribed to, is strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances: a) Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error b) Customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction
• due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.
• The Customer will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments. The application in the prescribed format should be sent to team@bschoolexpress.com
• The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by Business School Express Pvt. Ltd through electronic mode in favor of the applicant within a period of 21 calendar days on receipt of such claim.

Terms & conditions

• The intellectual property and the User IDS and Passwords generated on www.bschoolexpress.com, is owned by Business School Express Pvt. Ltd. Such information must not be shared with unauthorized members beyond the scope of subscription.
• Subscription to each module comes for a period of one year, past which the subscription stands due for renewal.
